The Omal Form A DIN 43650 to M12 (MDC) VAJ-A20-3501 from Mencom has 18mm pin spacing with a 5 pole male straight M12 plug and 10 meters of cable. The VAJ-A20-3501 has 18 AWG wire with a 120V AC/DC LED indicator and MOV suppression. Operating temperature -40 C to 80 C (-40 F to 176 F).
